We take pride in crafting high-quality garments. As our products are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Cancellation of Order

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of payment confirmation.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 2 days from the date of payment confirmation, as fabric sourcing and production begin shortly after.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once the order has entered the Fabric Sourcing Stage.

However, if there is any issue with your order, we will work closely with you to resolve it through corrections, alterations, or replacement where applicable.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within a reasonable time using the same method of payment.

Conditions for Returns

We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Mandatory Video Proof (Strict Requirement)

To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows:

The sealed package before opening

The shipping label visible on the package

The process of opening the package

The product and the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

⚠️ Note:

The video must be recorded in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).

Return requests without proper video proof will be rejected strictly.

3. Product Condition

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for return

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display

Size/fit issues (unless incorrect item was delivered)

Change of mind after purchase

Failure to provide proper unboxing video proof within the return window

5. Return Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order details and unboxing video proof

Once verified, we will approve the return request

Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability) or customer may be asked to self-ship

6. Refund / Replacement

After successful quality check of the returned item, we will process either:

Replacement (if available), or

Refund to original payment method / store credit

Processing time may take 5–7 business days after receiving the product

Non-Returnable Goods

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order garments

  • Items that have already entered production

  • Goods that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods where applicable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution, including correction, replacement, or other necessary action.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once Fabric Sourcing is done.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
